Galvanization

In coating plants, especially in conveyor systems, plastic bearings are also used. Coating processes involve steps such as cleaning with water, immersion in chemicals, drying, and exposure to high temperatures. Plastic bearings are ideal for use in such specialized environments.

They are characterized by water resistance and chemical resistance, eliminating concerns about corrosion from moisture or chemicals during washing or acid treatments. They operate smoothly in dry environments as they do not require lubrication. Additionally, we also produce products with high heat and cold resistance, suitable for use in various environments ranging from high temperatures to low temperatures.

Chemical Resistance

・Copper sulfate
・Sulfuric acid
・Hydrochloric acid
・Phosphoric acid
・Hydrofluoric acid
・Nitric acid
・Sulfamic acid, etc.

Chemical environment

They are commonly used as bearings for roller components, but they are also employed in devices to mix chemicals in electroplating baths. Sometimes, they are provided with a groove on the outer running surface of ball bearings and used as guide rollers for wire. Depending on the chemicals used and the environmental conditions, we can suggest various types of plastic bearings and offer different sizes, from miniature bearings to thrust retainers. We also provide the option to design assembly products that integrate the bearing and its surroundings.
