We exclusively use pure plastics and none that come from recycling. |
Insulation Capability
Plastics often serve as insulators due to their high insulation capability. Our insulating plastic bearings are particularly suitable when galvanic separation between different circuits and moving parts is required.
Typical applications include use in measuring instruments, inspection devices, and similar equipment. While every material inherently possesses insulation capability, caution should be exercised in selecting materials with fillers, as their insulation capability may be compromised.
Moreover, static-charged plastic bearings can also be used as guide wheels for glass substrate conveyor lines. This applies to plastic materials with good electrical conductivity or antistatic properties. For further details, please contact us.
