This product is a specially shaped bearing with a flat groove on the outer diameter and an extended inner ring on one side. The groove shape can be custom-made to match the transported material. Self-aligning Plastic Bearings for Film Sheet Transport Rollers (Dual-layer Structure)

These are self-aligning bearings used for transporting film sheets. Since the rollers are fully submerged in liquid, there was an inquiry regarding whether it would be possible to use bearings made of materials with chemical resistance, such as plastic or ceramic. The layout of the transport line can be imagined as follows: Initially, the design called for radial bearings, but because the film sheet’s tension could cause slight bending in the rollers, we proposed self-aligning bearings to ensure proper alignment even when deflection occurs. Plastic Bearings in a Process for Surface Treatment of Thin Sheets

Our Self-aligning ball bearings were used in a process for surface treatment of copper sheets. Two rollers are suspended vertically, and the copper plate passes through the process by running between the rollers and being chrome-plated. Bearings were used at the top of these rollers. As the copper plate passes, the rollers tend to tilt and shift, hence a self-aligning function is required. Plastic Guide Bearings for the Cleaning and Transportation of Retort Packages

Our plastic bearings have been used in the process of cleaning and drying retort packages. Originally, metal bearings with a plastic coating were used. The production line for retort packages here uses tap water for cleaning and goes through a drying oven process. Due to the use of water, metal bearings face the problem of grease being washed out and rust formation. Plastic Slide Bearings in a Chemical Environment

Our plastic slide bearings were used for the monitoring camera in a manufacturing process. While the manufacturing facility is in operation, the camera extends, and when the line stops, the camera retracts. Our slide bearings were used for this extension and retraction mechanism. Since this manufacturing process takes place in an environment with chemical solutions, a metallic solution would corrode quickly. Therefore, our customer considered using plastic.
