Due to the manufacturing of ice cream in extremely cold environments and the use of cleaning agents during the cleaning process, a transition to plastic was considered. Plain Plastic Bearings for Liquid Seasoning Filling Machines

Our plastic bearings are used for the roller parts of conveyor chain belts in liquid seasoning filling machines. Metal parts cause rust when liquid seasoning spills onto them and sticks to the chain. This results in the chain and bearings clumping together, and since replacing the bearings alone is difficult, the entire chain had to be replaced.
