Plastic Thrust Bearings in the Waterbed

Our plastic thrust bearings were used in a waterbed with a massage function. The waterbed is rotated by the force of the water jet, creating a spiral water flow that is used for the massage. The bearings are used in the nozzles. Since it is used exclusively underwater, this environment is very suitable for plastic bearings. Water acts as a substitute for lubricant and helps dissipate the heat generated by rotation. Therefore, a longer lifespan can be expected compared to use in dry environments. Plastic Bearings in the Cleaning Process of Ampoules

Our plastic bearings were utilized for the ampoule cleaning process. Initially, two miniature plastic bearings from other manufacturers were used to avoid the wear of metal powder. However, wear problems also arose with the plastic bearings, leading to difficulties. One of the reasons was the strength of the plastic material, but the fact that they were standard products also led to dimensional interference and accelerated wear.
