Plain Plastic Bearings for Liquid Seasoning Filling Machines

Our plastic bearings are used for the roller parts of conveyor chain belts in liquid seasoning filling machines. Metal parts cause rust when liquid seasoning spills onto them and sticks to the chain. This results in the chain and bearings clumping together, and since replacing the bearings alone is difficult, the entire chain had to be replaced. By switching the chain bearings to plastic, we achieved a longer lifespan. Additionally, it is now possible to easily replace only the plastic rollers, leading to significant cost savings.
