These bearings are used in a thread feeding line.
Initially, a plastic bearing of type 6002 was used, but it could not withstand the load and led to rotational errors. Without changing the size of φ32×φ15×9L, the specification was changed from a single row to a double row, and by adding more balls, a higher load could be accommodated.
In addition, by switching to an angular contact structure internally, a certain amount of axial load was also made possible.
Depending on the size, it is possible to manufacture bearings with such internal specification changes.
