Full-ball plastic ball bearings without a cage do not have a cage. Therefore, these bearings are used in dirty water, as contaminants do not remain in the cage. For example, they are used in a coating tank.
Full Ball Type Plastic Ball bearings without Cages
Usually, deep groove ball bearings have cages to retain the balls. However, in cases where they are used in chemical environments or in water with impurities, deep groove ball bearings sometimes fail because the impurities remain in the cage.
Also, metal bearings cannot be used in coating tanks. But our bearings can be used in coating tanks because they do not get coated.
They are recommended for environments where the presence of cages is problematic, such as underwater, in chemical environments, or in splashing water. However, they should only be used at extremely low rotational speeds.
Main Applications:
- in the water or chemical with impurities
- Plating lines and cleaning lines, semiconductors and electronic components lines
- Lines where the liquid contains impurities, such as in the sea
- Food production lines that generate small food impurities or use oil
