We manufacture gears for various applications starting from one piece. No lubrication required, hence safe and worry-free.

This is an integrated plastic bearing sprocket (sprocket wheel) that can be used in environments where liquids are present, such as cleaning lines or environments where lubricants are not required.

Being made of plastic, it does not rust or corrode. Additionally, it is recommended for production lines, especially in the food industry, as it does not require lubricants.

We offer a variety of materials that are corrosion-resistant and can withstand high temperatures. We manufacture products that meet a wide range of requirements, starting from one piece.

Main applications:

・Cleaning lines where chemicals or detergents are used for the production of electronic components.
・Environments with high temperatures where heaters are used, as well as in humid conditions.
・Food production lines and similar environments where lubricants are not desired.
