Since the unit is used in a tank with sodium hypochlorite, it would quickly rust if conventional pillow block bearings were used. Therefore, you have opted for our plastic pillow block bearings. These do not require lubrication and there are no worries about rust or corrosion.
Depending on the operating conditions, bush materials such as PTFE or phenol may also be better suited. We can make material suggestions based on your operating conditions.
Furthermore, the production of bushes with special shapes, such as groove machining in the inner diameter, is also possible.
