Plastic Axial Bearings for Food Manufacturing (Processing) Equipment

  • Hygienic because no grease is used.
  • Resistant to disinfectants, cleaning agents, and high temperatures, does not rust or corrode.
  • Plastic bearings for food manufacturing facilities.

Plastic axial bearings for food manufacturing (processing) equipment

Typically, metal bearings are used in food manufacturing machines, which are protected from direct contact with moisture or steam by seals. Even if the bearings have a sealing structure, moisture can penetrate over time and grease can leak out.

With a plastic axial bearing, the need for grease is eliminated, and it is corrosion-resistant. Therefore, there are no concerns about grease or rust getting into the food.

It can be used in environments with cleaning solutions (such as sodium hypochlorite) and at high temperatures (approximately 200°C). We have experience with sizes over 200φ.

It is an environmentally friendly product that can be used without worry for extended periods. It is particularly recommended for food manufacturing facilities. We offer suggestions based on the type of plastic and the shape that can adapt to the environment. It has excellent corrosion resistance and can adapt to any environment. Feel free to contact us.
