Plastic Bearings for Glass Cleaning Lines

Our bearings were used on conveyor belts for glass products. The use of metal bearings when cleaning ground glass results in water contamination due to lubricating grease. Worse yet, glass particles reduce bearing lubrication, leading to increased wear on the bearings and higher production downtime. To eliminate the problem, we offered our plastic bearings. The bearing dimensions are designed according to the current machine equipment to avoid design changes to the machines. Pillow Block for Use in Water Treatment Plants

Currently in use in a stirring device in a water treatment plant. In an aqueous environment, regular pillow blocks tend to allow water ingress and corrode. To address this issue, we have chosen a housing made of stainless steel, a bushing made of UKB522*, and a sleeve made of stainless steel, which we are currently using.
