Plastic Pillow Block Bearings Used in Seedling Tray Washing Machines

In seedling tray washing processes, components are used in harsh environments involving a combination of water and mud. Small-Diameter Plastic Ball Bearings (φ5 / Miniature)

Pillow Block Bearings for Conveyor Rollers in a Sludge Treatment Plant

Our special pillow block bearings were used for the conveyor rollers in the sludge treatment plant. Originally, there was a consideration to extend the lifespan because the previously used pillow block bearings were worn out by sludge. To prevent sludge from remaining in the sliding area, we made special holes along the outer diameter of the bushing to the inner diameter and milled spirals into the inner diameter. Double-Row Plastic Bearings

These bearings are used in a thread feeding line. Initially, a plastic bearing of type 6002 was used, but it could not withstand the load and led to rotational errors. Without changing the size of φ32×φ15×9L, the specification was changed from a single row to a double row, and by adding more balls, a higher load could be accommodated. Plastic Guide Bearings for the Cleaning and Transportation of Retort Packages

The production line for retort packages here uses tap water for cleaning and goes through a drying oven process. Plastic Thrust Bearings in Waterbeds

Our plastic thrust bearings were used in a waterbed with a massage function. The waterbed is rotated by the force of the water jet, creating a spiral water flow that is used for the massage. The bearings are used in the nozzles. Since it is used exclusively underwater, this environment is very suitable for plastic bearings.
